General FAQs
When is the next market?
The Market is held on the first and third Sunday of the month form 10am – 3pm. Our season runs September through June. We will only have one market, on the first Sunday, in October due to other Town events or holidays. The season ends on the first Sunday of June.

SNAP stands for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and was formerly known as Food Stamps. Attendees purchase tokens from the market and redeem them for eligible food items from vendors. Vendors then turn in their tokens for reimbursement. More information can be found in the SNAP Packet.
Vendor FAQs
How do I apply to be a vendor?
First, you will need to read all of the rules in their entirety. Then fill out the application and send in pictures of your work.
A printable application is available upon request.
*We are currently on a waiting list. The only way to get on the waiting list is by filling out the waiting list mini app.
Do I need a license to participate in your market?
Prepared-on-site food vendors and artisan foods produced in commercial kitchens are required to provide a license. Organic produce vendors must provide a copy of their certification form the state. However, we strongly recommend checking with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (850-487-1395) and the Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services Division of Food Safety (850-2455520) to verify that you are complying with their rules and regulations
What is cottage-type food?
Cottage food products include such items as breads, cakes, cookies, candies, jams, jellies and fruit pies. Please visit FreshFromFlorida.com for more information and specific regulations. You may also pick up an information packet at Town Hall.
Do you require vendors to have a tent?
Yes, tents are required. With approval, you may create a custom display with carts, trailers, etc. and be exempt from the tent requirement. Uniqueness and creativity in your setup is encouraged. You must contact the market manager for exemption consideration. Be careful when purchasing new tents. We only accept 10x10 straight leg tents. We do not accept 12x12 or larger, slanted legs or the fancy tents with the extra protruding sides.
How do I contact the Market Manager?
Prior to the market, the easiest way to reach the Market Manager is by email or the office phone. (See contact information below) After hours and Market Day, text messages and email are the preferred method of communication. If she does not answer, leave a message!
