When is the market held? Our season runs September through June, and the market is held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, except for October and March due to other Town events. Occasional variations may occur due to holidays. The Market hours are from 10am-3pm. Click here to download the schedule. Be sure to follow us on Facebook! @OrangeParkMarket

Where is the market located? The market is located at Town Hall Park on the corner of US17 and Kingsley Ave. The physical address is 2042 Park Ave, Orange Park, FL 32073. This is an outdoor, rain or shine market. Just look for the large yellow signs!

What can I expect to find at the market? We offer a variety of quality handmade and homegrown items. You will find nearly anything your heart desires from locally grown produce, local honey, cupcakes, pies, plants, meats, raw milk, eggs, hand crafted jewelry, bird houses, pottery pieces, soaps, and much, much more.

Where do I park? Parking is available at Town Hall and behind the Gates of Park Avenue Shopping Center.

How do I become a vendor? All vendors are required to fill out an application. Applications can be found under the “new vendor information” tab or you can pick up an application at Town Hall or our booth at the market.

What methods of payment are accepted? Many of our vendors accept credit cards. We do have an ATM on site at each market. As of February 4, 2018, the Market will accept SNAP/EBT cards which can be used to buy tokens which are then used to buy eligible food items.

How do I use my SNAP/EBT card at the market? Patrons can purchase tokens, worth $1 each, at the Market information booth located near the stage. These tokens can be spent at most of the eligible vendors. No change can be given on tokens. Unused tokens can be refunded or saved for the next market. Eligible, participating vendors will have signage at their booths indicated that they accept tokens.

What can I buy with my SNAP tokens? Tokens can be used to purchase the following types of foods:

  • breads and pasta;
  • fruits and vegetables;
  • meats, fish, poultry and eggs;
  • dairy products;
  • vinegar, sauces and cooking oils;
  • coffee and tea meant to be prepared at home;
  • plants which produce food and potted herbs.

SNAP benefits CANNOT be used to buy:

  • hot food;
  • pet food;
  • soaps, candles and household supplies;
  • essential oils and supplements;
  • food that will be eaten on-site.

What if my SNAP token purchase doesn’t add up to a whole dollar amount (i.e. $1.50)? Change cannot be given on purchases using tokens. Patrons can either add on items to get as close to a whole dollar as possible or use tokens plus the necessary change in regular currency.

What if I don’t use all of my tokens at the Market? Unused tokens can be saved for future market dates or patrons can receive a refund to their EBT card.

Can I use tokens I purchased at another market at the Orange Park Market? No, only the orange tokens marked with the Orange Park Market logo can be redeemed.
